Being an experienced professional she realized the need to create awareness & educate people about the right eating habits & healthy living lifestyle. As a result, she decided her new venture called Me&My Diet aiming to provide nutritional counselling and lifestyle management to people of all age group to anywhere in the world.
She is a Registered Dietician, has done her “Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics & Applied Nutrition”, she is also Certified in Nutrition & Exercise for fitness, Diabetes Educator, and Certified in Advanced Food Safety & Hygiene Training.
She makes it a point to develop a safe and tailor made diet plan to ensure that the clients are satisfied with their diet and remain motivated to attain their personal fitness goals or show improvements in blood parameters. Her main concern is to engage the clients to adopt healthy eating habits and most importantly they are willing to accept and follow their diet.
Being passionate to talk to people, she has counseled her clients effectively with one on one basis & helped them to reach their goals easily. She has enriched many lives by spreading her knowledge on right nutrition. She could never let go exercise from her protocol, as a result she is always keen to teach her clients to do simple exercise steps at home. Being foodie herself, she enjoys every meal of hers & wants everyone to experience the same joy, that is what Me&My Diet does.
She has provided her valuable nutritional advice and diet counseling to mothers of fussy eaters and patients visiting to clinics. Over the years she has successfully counseled thousands of mothers of picky eaters in dealing with fussy eating habits, helping them to overcome with the issues they were facing and making the meal times a happier time. Being an experienced mother, she very well knows the stress that mothers of Fussy eater goes through, which is also one of the strong reason to start this new venture, Me&My Diet.
She has conducted many Nutritional educational programs in corporate offices, schools, Community halls & societies. Thousands of Mothers have already realized the ill effects of junk food from her talks in many schools, which made them conscious about their kid’s diet & activity right from their small age.
She has also developed wide range of Diet Plans for a pharmaceutical company, which is used all over India as standard diet plans during the nutrition counseling sessions for pregnant, lactating woman and weaning foods. She strongly recommends & practices fresh, homemade, nutritious & a variety of traditional meals to be included in everyone’s diet. According to her food should be made & served in such a manner that it should look colorful, neat, complete, satisfying & appealing in a way that it should attract and impress your diners.
